The unique selling point of this machine is the fact that we can bend a square. This may sound a little technically unchallenging, however, the basic structure of a conventional press is the fact that we cannot bend parts past the collision point with the machine. This results in certain components requiring additional weld runs. We can now create a part where by both the ends of the pressing can touch, thus reducing the amount of weld and costly jig tooling required to complete the project

Forming Overview

To compliment our laser cutting facility, Onesite (Laser) offer additional sub contract services to maintain its philosophy as being a “One-Stop Job Shop”. With the ever increasing costs of packaging and transportation we are conscious that moving components from one sub contractor to another can add substantial expense to the finished product. By offering additional in-house services we can produce parts to a more advanced state, thus removing the need to move parts between production facilities. We are always looking to broaden our production capabilities in line with the demands and requirements of the marketplace. As versatile as our current facility's are, our list of additional processes and services are constantly being developed to maintain our market leading drive for offering high quality components. Onesite (Laser) are continually looking to invest in the latest processing technology, not only in the laser market but in the additional processing, and finishing, of metal and alloy parts.
